 I sealed my finishing barn slats and feeder pads in march of 2008 with  Seal Deep & the wear on the feeder pads  have stopped with no wear at all. Power washing the barn took 40 to 50% less time than normal to clean. The time saved in power washing alone easily pays for the sealant.
